FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for diagnostics of nonpenetrating profound sclerectomy inefficiency (NPSE). During early postoperative period patient is examined for relative position of drain zone structures within operational space. Thickness of trabecula Descemet's membrane (TDM) is measured in mm, echodensity of TDM is percentage of sclera echodensity, and sclera profile topography is shaped. In addition, it is detected whether intrasclera cavity is there, thickness of sclera graft is measured in mm, and anterior chamber angle state is evaluated. Obtained qualitative and quantitative characteristics of drain zone structures within NPSE enable to clarify reasons of surgery inefficiency.;EFFECT: increased diagnostics accuracy.;5 ex
