The transfer position of the loading device is assigned to the standby position of the further winding mandrel. The winding device or the unwinder is arranged in a heat insulating housing. The final rolling device is arranged for a reverse operation. The unwinder operating in the drive position for injecting pre-strip into the final rolling device, is switchable between an unwinder- and winding drive. The final rolling device comprises a heating device, which is positioned on the winding device facing the side of the final roll stand of the final rolling device.
