The freight-container (1) has mountable and demountable separation bulkhead (3) for segmenting the freight-container, where the bulkhead is thermally isolated or slides in a form of a thermal cell, whose air inlet and outlet required for cooling are implemented in sinks of bung-like side walls. A roof hatch and a base hatch are provided for loading and unloading bulk goods via lockable openings, where the latches are closely lockable. A cooling cell is retractable up to a rear wall in the container, where the cooling cell comprises a separate inlet.
