The arrangement has an elongated narrow plate (1) of a dielectric substrate with conductive structures. The conductive structures are formed as emitters and passive adaptation measures (14) for influencing of antenna parameters. The plate and drill holes are metallized for increasing variability of an emitter configuration and formation of the passive adaptation measures. Discrete components are embedded in the conductive structures in the plate for influencing the antenna parameters.
