The fermenting container for plants for producing biogas, has walls (2, 3) comprising panels (4), an interior bowl, which is produced from profiled sheet metal and on which a side of the wall pointing to an inside of the container is arranged, and a cartridge, which comprises a coat from sheet metal. The coat comprises isolating body from thermally isolating material holding on its inward side. The interior of the container is partly surrounded by pressure resistant and thermally insulated walls. The panels are connected with the oppositely lying walls by a drawing means (8c-8h). The fermenting container for plants for producing biogas, has walls (2, 3) comprising panels (4), an interior bowl, which is produced from profiled sheet metal and on which a side of the wall pointing to an inside of the container is arranged, and a cartridge, which comprises a coat from sheet metal. The coat comprises isolating body from thermally isolating material holding on its inward side. The interior of the container is partly surrounded by pressure resistant and thermally insulated walls. The panels that are set closely together are connected with the oppositely lying walls by a drawing means (8c-8h), that the internal pressure of the container affecting on the two interconnected walls takes up. Each panel comprises an edge-lateral thigh resulted from the main plane of the panel, which is sealed opposite to a neighboring construction unit by a seal material. The thigh serves the connection with the neighboring construction unit. The neighboring construction unit is a fastening element, which with a fastening strap (6) gets over the wall in the direction on the inside of the fermenting containers and to which an end of the drawing means is fastened. The oppositely lying walls connect the drawing means. A part of these drawing means with an end is fixed at a common fastening part (9) and so forms a star formed arrangement. The fastening part is a ring and serves the storage of a drive shaft of an agitator. Sheet metals of high-grade steel are used for the production of the panels. The insulation body at a side turned away from the main face of the interior bowl is provided with a gliding surface and also provided with distance retaining projections, which adjoin at the major face of the interior bowl. The drawing means is rigid or flexible.
