The capacitor has a sleeve (1) integrated into a thin-walled and soldered metal covering (2). The sleeve is connected with a base (3). The covering forms a coaxial low-inductive arrangement, where an electrical connection of the sleeve at the base is established by solder joints via openings in the base. The openings are closed by soldering. The arrangement is stabilized by a cover (5) and the base. The covering forms a projection at an upper end of the covering for facilitating a potting process and receives a portion of a potting quantity to bring a potting volume in the capacitor.
