The one or multiple family houses have double brick-layered outer walls and an air gap between the bricklayers. The houses demand an extremely low heat. The air gap between the bricklayers, provide high thermal insulation with a high storage material and simultaneously a breathing of the walls is available. A roof has a double hollow space e.g. by a special timber, which is filled with an insulation material. The house is provided with windows, which have an additional double-glass pane, apart from common thermopen glass panes.
