The actuator has an arc-shaped spiral spring (5), and a lever arm (1) arranged at free ends of the spring. An arc-shaped spreader body (6) supports at an arc-inner side of the spring under pre-stress in an operating condition. A tie-rod (3) is provided for producing pre-stress of the spring, which is supported at a head surface of a longitudinally movable actuating unit (2). The head surface is turned away from the spring and the spreader body, while the actuating unit is supported at the spreader body with its another head surface. The lever arm or the tie rod is arranged in a fixed manner.
