The mitral valve stent (10) has multiple stent clips (20) that are arranged distally, and multiple anchoring units (30) that are arranged proximally. One of the stent clips forms a section that is externally rolled in a spiral-like manner in an unfolded condition of the mitral valve stent. Each stent clip exhibits a proximal section (20a) and a distal section (20b) that take an angle smaller than 180 degree in the unfolded condition. A spring unit connects the anchoring units and the stent clip, where another spring unit connects the proximal section and the distal section of the stent clip.
