The arrangement (1) has a tension spring (2) i.e. coil spring, and a pre-tensioning device (3) for pre-tensioning the tension spring for installation of the tension spring, where the pre-tensioning device includes a pre-tension unit that grips the tension spring between two adjacent windings such that the windings are pressed apart under pre-tensioning of the tension spring. The pre-tensioning device partially surrounds the tension spring as wrap-like shape on three space sides.
