The anchor has a clamp (1) comprising end sections, which are embedded into a frame, where the clamp forms a loop (3). A cross bar (2) is connected with one of the embedded end sections. The loop comprises two strands (4, 5) that are spread under formation of straight side pieces (8, 9), where slotted hole openings (6, 7) are crossed by the strands. The strands include radially protruding ribs (11), where a spreading angle lies between 80 degree and 100 degree.
