The brake (1) has two brake pads adjustably supported in an axial direction. The disc brake has a brake disc (16), which is axially subject-able by brake pads. A brake caliper (11) has an internal housing side piece with an operating device, an outer housing side piece and a connecting housing bridge. A protection lining (24) is formed at the brake in such a manner that a majority of the brake is covered in a tangential direction and a radial direction (23).
