The circulation machine has a circulating pump during start of which no detected current flows within the circulation circuit, for producing the diagnosis of a malfunctioning of the hauling of the circulating pump. A back current is detected at the same time or in real time to a tapping process, which is detected in the circulation line, producing the diagnosis of a malfunction of the non-return valve. An independent claim is also included for the diagnosis method.
