The plant has a power house with a power train and a machine carrier that partly supports the train. The machine carrier includes a two-piece structure with a base plate (10) and a base element (18) supporting an azimuth drives (20). The base element includes a rotating flange with sides that are provided with a flange surface arranged between an azimuth rotary connector and the base plate. The base element has opening i.e. through-hole, in a region of the flange for guiding connectors to be connected with the base plate, the base element and the azimuth rotary connectors.
