The system has a ureter catheter (10) with two electrodes, which are arranged at a distance from each other, and comprises circumferences of the ureter catheter. An inlet opening is arranged adjacent to the electrodes, and a rectal catheter (100) includes a counter electrode, which co-operates with the electrodes of the ureter catheter that is formed as a balloon catheter. The electrodes are arranged proximally adjacent to an inflated balloon (30), and another inlet opening is arranged distally adjacent to the balloon, where latter inlet opening is connected with the former inlet opening.
