Catalyst system (I) comprises: at least a metal catalyst of the 8th subgroup; and at least a siloxy functional aromatic compound (II) or its mixtures as co-catalyst. Catalyst system (I) comprises: at least a metal catalyst of the 8th subgroup; and at least a siloxy functional aromatic compound of formula (II) or its mixtures as co-catalyst.
