The control has sheet pile wall units arranged across a flow direction of streams and rivers. Deeply arranged units performs water overflow to a concrete dam end and transports the woods floating in the river flow to the sides of river bank. Double T carriers are stacked over the river flow for providing a normal water flow. Concrete dams are installed in the water flow to form terrace-type reservoirs.
