The device (10) has a biometrically secured signal generator with a function bound to a continuous recording of a biometric function of an access-authorized person, where a sensor (12) is provided for permanent sensing of signals of the biometric function of the access-authorized person. Another sensor (14) is provided for wireless transmission of the signals to the sensor (12), where the sensor (14) includes a transponder (18). An optical display (22) and an acoustic display (24) are provided for identification of a deactivated condition of the device.
