The sensor has a housing (10) made of a resin e.g. polybutylene terephthalate or polyphenylsulfide, and sensor chips (20, 30) to detect pressures. Pressure inlet channels (40, 50) supply pressures to the chips. A differential pressure determination unit (60) determines a differential pressure as a difference between the pressures. The chips have a same shape and size, and are symmetrically arranged in the housing with respect to a separating wall (14). The inlet channels have a same shape and size, and are symmetrically positioned in the housing with respect to the separating wall.
