Blood diagnosis or analysis procedure comprises: (I) removing blood sample from a dialyzed patient before and/or after dialysis; (II) extracting mRNAs from the taken blood sample; and (III) carrying out a procedure for the preparation of gene expression profile for the extracted mRNAs. An independent claim is included for a dialysis equipment (1) comprising a supply pipe for receiving blood of a dialysis patient, a dialyzer (11), which is connected with the supply line, a discharge pipe to flow out the blood from the dialyzer and a blood sample discharge pipe, which is branched off from the supply pipe through a valve (13).
