Medium density wood fiberboard producing method, involves gluing fibers in blow line with amino resin, and transferring fibers when glued with amino resin by adhesives based on polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate
The method involves solubilizing lignocelluloses to fibers based on a chemi-thermo-mechanical pulping (CMTP) procedure below water vapor pressure. The fibers are glued in a blow line with an amino resin, and are subsequently conveyed to the procedure for producing a medium density wood fiberboard (MDF). The fibers are transferred when glued with the amino resin by adhesives based on polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI). Addition of the PMDI directly in an end of the blow line is performed during an expansion phase of the fiber. A condensed tannin is added to the PMDI.
