Mounting of a coil winding in a rotary encoder with a resolver - and transformer - coils

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle sensor equipped with a simple connection constitution of a lead-out wire.;SOLUTION: In this rotation angle sensor, a coil bobbin 13 of a rotor transformer 12 having a notched part 19 on a side wall part 18 and a laminate core 15 of a rotor 14 are mounted in parallel on a rotating shaft 11, and a rotor transformer winding 20 and a rotor winding 21 formed by winding continuously one electric wire on the coil bobbin 13 of the rotor transformer 12 and the laminate core 15 of the rotor 14 through the notched part 19 are provided. The winding start end and the winding finish end of the electric wire are connected together through the notched part 19, and fixed by a resin on the rotor transformer winding 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
