The present invention concerns a reinforcement form, in particular for making crisscross reinforcement floors, comprising a base slab (1) reinforced by one or more shaped perforated metallic guide beams (5), onto which one or more polyhedral blocks (2) are integrally coupled, the form being characterised in that said one or more polyhedral blocks (2) are spaced from each other so as to let an array of passages (3, 4) free. The present invention further concerns a crisscross reinforcement floor built through such reinforcement form.
