The device has a guide rail (1) moving a window glass (4), and sliders (3) supporting the glass, where the sliders slide on the rail. Each slider is connected to the glass by a pin (6), where the slider and pin are made of plastic/metallic material. The pin is integrated to the glass and crosses an oblong hole (8) of the slider, where the hole is oriented along a direction (X) parallel to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The pin slides in the hole along the direction. The pin is integrated to the glass by bush (9) mounted around the pin and crosses a circular hole of the glass.
