The accessory (1) has an exterior light-emitting surface (3) with displaying and signaling units (5,6,7) displaying visual configurations providing information relative to state of mind, a position or location of a holder/carrier. The configurations are defined by the holder/carrier via a control unit (8) forming a part (2) of the accessory, and interpreted by a person knowing their coding or their signification. One unit (7) displays a visual form (9) e.g. symbolic/allegorical graphical representation, of abbreviation or icon type selected in a preregistered graphical representation group.
