The method involves using two binary signals respectively indicating frames suppression orders and frames repetition orders (Vskip, Vrepeat) which are previously applied to frames of a sequence of video frames. The signals include a binary signal indicating frames controlling orders that is applied to the frames by a flow control loop. A sequence of bits representing the movement of the frames with respect to each other is updated for each frame using the signals (Vskip, Vrepeat).
