The wash basin has a bottom (3), which is drilled with the bunghole. The bunghole communicates with a pipe that evacuates used water from the wash basin and opens into the flush tank. The bottom has dimensions corresponding to those of an upper opening of the tank. The bottom has a peripheral edge projecting with respect to the bottom.
