The device has two assemblies of directional articulated units (2, 3) longitudinally tilting or driving-in a skate board (1), while pivoting and oscillating the board via junction joints, where movable units are in direct contact with ground. A small wheel is fixed at a front end of each movable unit for absorbing friction. A protecting plate is fixed on the movable units which are in contact with the ground. An independent claim is also included for a method of operating a directional mechanical device.
