The device has doubled scissors (130) including series of two sets of parallel beams connected to one another in their ends and movable in rotation, where the device is a self-lifting device. The beams are mounted on a shaft and the ends are mounted on the shaft. The scissors connect a frame (110) to a nacelle floor (145), and an integral unfolding hydraulic jack (195) unfolds the scissors. A cage unfolding jack unfolds a cage (135), where the cage has a glazed upper part (150) movable along a lower part (140) on the floor.
