The unit has a jack screw type actuation module (2) with a rod (3) that is movable in translation coaxially to a piston (15). A guiding and connection module (18) connects a pumping module (9) and the module (2). Coupling between the rod and the piston is assured by assembling a cylinder-spherical joint and a cylindrical groove (16`). The joint interferes a spherical head (5) centered on an axis of the rod and connected to the rod by a sub head portion (7) of a lower section. The groove is formed in an end of the piston and opens axially outside by a slot of less width.
