The device has a metallic cylinder (1) including articulated rigid metallic rods (2) provided at a base and a sliding opening rod (3) provided inside the cylinder. A thin protective cloth (4) is fixed on the rigid rods. Metallic arches (5) are interlocked at the base of the sliding rod, where the number of arches is equal to that of the rods. A locking system (6) is installed in a top part of the cylinder for preventing its sliding.
