The device has a hollow doll (1) provided with a cigarette holder and fixed on a cover (12) of a sealed box (27) in a horizontal position. The cover is provided with a communication hole for receiving the doll and a catch, which ensures tight sealing of the doll on the box, even when the cover, and the doll integrated with the cover are operated in the same time. A turbine is situated inside the box, where the turbine is supplied by a battery placed in the box.
