The system has a reduction device (8) to reduce disparities of a turbulent flow i.e. swirl, between cylinders (6) of a four-cylinder internal combustion engine. The device has gas flow stabilizing grids (9) associated to a gas distributor (1), where the distributor has ducts supplying gas to a cylinder head (3). The grids have plates positioned along a single orientation or two perpendicular orientations.
