The device generates a permanent or random number, compatible with a bank card payment system, where the number identifies and determines a bank account number for payment of a purchase. The account number of a user is determined through the generated number for deduction on an account of the user utilized for the payment. An allowed amount to be debited from the account is defined for the generated number, for the purchase via a transaction. Complementary numbers e.g. validity date, are generated such that the permanent or random number is usable with the system. The payment is secured.
