The tool (1) i.e. plowshare (11), has a groove (15) symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal axis, and a wear out part (2) and/or point (12) fixed on the tool using a wedge (19) and a fixation device (20). The wedge is housed in the groove, and the fixation device is inserted in a slot (21) provided in the wedge, where the fixation device is formed by bushing-spring clamps (22). The wear out part and/or point has active parts (3, 3`) exposed to wear out action by contact with ground during a ground working operation in a forward direction.
