The structure (1) has a base plate (2) from which four vertical angle posts (3) of constant section are perpendicularly extended, and plates (4) for forming racks, where the structure is made of wood or wood based composite material. The plates (4) have an opening (41) at each angle (40) for passage of one of the vertical angle posts to vertically slide the plates (4) on the angle posts and to position the plates to a desired height. A fixation unit e.g. screw, fixes the plates (4) on the angle posts.
