The device (1) has a rear side (D) e.g. smooth rectangular board, integrated to a vertical wall (P) by a fixing unit. Two shutters (V1, V2) are integrated to two sides of the rear side, where an inner surface of the shutters includes grooves (R1, R2) of lateral sides of a sheet (F). Each groove includes a base support stop on which left and right corners of the sheet are respectively placed. The sheet is threaded in the grooves, where bending of the sheet between the grooves creates angles of a surface of the sheet to be visible between the shutters with a surface of the wall.
