The device has a plate (F) and two flanges (1, 2) fixed on a socket (A) through a tube (L) fixed on the plate and through a tube (P). The plate is round to adapt to the socket, and has length of 85 meganewton (mn) and width of 70 meganewton. An angle between the plate and the tube (L) is 30 degree. The tube (L) has a length of 123 meganewton and diameter of 25 meganewton. The tube (P) has a length of 200 meganewton and diameter of 25 meganewton, and is in parallel with a blade (R) to have a stable bottom and not to be inserted in the ground even if the ground is wet.
