The device (1) has a shuttle (2) arranged between elements (3, 4) connected to each other. The shuttle has faces (8, 9) including teeth complementary to teeth provided in faces (6, 7) of the elements, and respectively arranged against the elements. The shuttle displaces along a to and fro movement over a longitudinal axis (A) so as to alternately contact the elements. The teeth of the faces (8, 9) respectively exert a support on the teeth of the elements (3, 4) when the shuttle contacts the elements for driving translation/rotation movement of the elements.
