A retaining unit (12) is extended in a rear from a saddle (7) at a distance (d) and above a base plane (p) of the saddle, so as to form a guardrail (13), which limits a displacement in sliding and swing of the cyclist towards rear. A cross arm of the device has a vertical strut (23) located near a frame (4).
