The arrangement has a grained outer covering (12) with several grains (20) delimited by facets (22, 24) turned in respective directions different from one another. The facet (22) forms a zone turned towards a windscreen and the facet (24) is turned towards a zone of a cab interior occupied by a head of a driver when the driver is seated on a left front seat of a vehicle. The facet (22) is covered of a pellicule (26) of material that is opaque to light emitted by a source and the facet (24) is not covered by the pellicule. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an inner arrangement of a motor vehicle.
