The device has an upper cradle (2) in a form of a cylinder arc, which presses a paper on an ink and engraved plate with a felt against an effort obtained by a plane marble (3). The marble is thin and sustained by a lower cradle (4) to reduce press, where displacement of the lower cradle is associated with displacement of the upper cradle. The cradles are coupled by two jackscrews, which permit assembling of left ends of the cradles, where right ends of the cradles are separated each other, where the jackscrews are replaced by a hydraulic or electromechanical jack (1).
