The exchanger has two coaxial tubular external and internal ferrules (2, 3) defining a tubular fume conduit (4) and forming an insert. The insert is arranged on a path of combustion fumes that produces heat passed through the insert provided with water to be heated. The insert is formed from two coaxial tubular external and internal ferrules (2, 3) defining a tubular fume conduit (4), which has periodic contractions causing deflection of the ferrules with a radial component. The external ferrule forms a tubular passage with a water jacket (1) of a condenser body for water circulation. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger (2) a boiler comprising a burner and a heat exchanger.
