Horizontal and vertical leather strands braiding method for manufacturing e.g. leather shoe, involves folding recessed edges of leather strands on recessed edges after cutting, splitting, sizing and sub-surface etching of leather strands

The method involves folding recessed edges of vertical strands (1) and a horizontal strand (2) of a leather on the recessed edges of the strands in a length with the help of a folding machine after cutting, splitting, sizing and sub-surface etching of the leather strands. The folding of the recessed edges permits to braid the leather strands based on a predefined design. The vertical strand are placed side-by-side, where the horizontal strand is placed above one vertical strand and below another vertical strand.
