The method involves recording physical information (Dphys) from a transport network e.g. road transport network, and recording geographical information (Dcart) from the network. Cadastral information (Dcad) is recorded from an implantation zone of the network. The information is compared in a manner to automatically determine a measuring value of a constraint along the network and to automatically compare the value with fixed threshold value. Signals representing results obtained from the comparison are generated. An independent claim is also included for a computing system comprising information recording and processing units.
