The method involves adding a correcting signal to a data signal (x) in an allocated frequency band for obtaining a dynamic composite signal (x+c) of reduced envelope. The correcting signal is added to the data signal in void sub-carriers for reducing maximal power ratio of the composite signal on its average power in a base band. A set of joint constraints comprising the limitation of power spectral density of the composite signal is applied according to a predefined template and an increased control of the average power of the composite signal relative to average power of the data signal.
