The method involves activating a red color diode indicating actual and temporary presence of a symbolic name associated with an open beacon in a portable mobile device (1) e.g. digital broadcasting receiver. Univocal values constituent of the symbolic name are stored in an electronic memory e.g. RAM, accessible by a processing unit of the mobile device and consecutive to a user interaction. The symbolic name is transferred from the memory towards a resolution server in an exploitation phase, consecutive to a user action. A resolution engine of the server is activated to access a resource. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for executing digital and mass broadcasting and radio broadcasting of a multimedia link (2) an autonomous accessory having a microcontroller (3) a system for executing digital and mass broadcasting and radio broadcasting of a multimedia link.
