Avionic system's post-flight report failure determining method for aircraft, involves selecting post-flight report among constructed post-flight reports relative to plausibility criterions

The method involves acquiring post-flight reports of built-in test equipments, where the post-flight reports emitted by the test equipments are relative to line replaceable units e.g. controller or sensors, monitored by the test equipments. Post-flight reports are constructed from the acquired post-flight reports, and a plausibility criterion is determined for each line replaceable unit associated with each constructed post-flight report, from a determined unitary criterion. One post-flight report is selected among the constructed post-flight reports relative to the plausibility criterions. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining post-flight report failure of an avionic system.
