The system (1) has a driving unit (13) designed to activate periodic movement of an opening and closing unit (14) i.e. release valve, over a period of time to trigger successive opening and closing of a discharge chamber (11) with a high frequency so that the pressure reduced in the anterior opening is not compensated by the supply of fuel into the chamber in the posterior opening. The pressure of the discharge chamber is therefore reduced gradually in successive stages of openings till to a value fixed for the injection.
