The patent introduces new policy and method for future global air space-time allocation and control and planning of global traffic flows and their efficient use of airport resources supported by the invented integrated Operational Decision Support technology. The IODS technology arid systems architecture change and innovate the current industrial system by global integration of AIM systems, by innovative management of knowledge and flight management data and by global planning of 4D end-to-end trajectories of flights, traffic flows and of efficient use of air space-time and airport resources by dedicated and distributed ground IODS systems managing, clearing and keeping conflict-free 40 end-to-end trajectories of flights and providing synchronised communications of integrated operational decision support to airport operators, airlines, controllers and pilots via satellites. The patent seeks to protect the invention of IODS technology and method for future air space-time allocation and control of traffic by protecting the IPR of new processes and inventive control mechanisms the IODS technology brings that enhance the performance of equipment by new, inventive functionalities resulting in advanced, innovative technical effects and communications via satellites beneficial to the industry. With our IODS technology and vision of future global automation of airspace design and allocation and of control of air traffic flows via IODS processes control mechanisms and systems architecture we invented also the new policy, the new technology and the new method of conflict-free planning for global air traffic and conflict-free use of global airspace and airport resources.
